AI workflow checklist for OnlyFans creators and agencies
Put one task, one brief and one human reviewer around an AI tool. Use this checklist to test a working method before making it part of your routine, whether you work independently, with an agency or in an agency team.
1. Choose one task and one useful output
Start with a non-explicit business task: a weekly content plan, an outline for a public post or a summary of your own aggregate results. Write down what a usable output must contain. “Use more AI” is not a task; “draft three public-post outlines for review” is.
2. Decide what the tool may receive
Use a short brief and fictional or anonymised examples. Leave out passwords, subscriber conversations, intimate material, identity documents and other people’s personal information. Check that the tool and intended use are permitted under the relevant service and platform rules. This checklist does not grant permission to automate an account.
3. Give a person the final decision
For a solo creator, you are the reviewer. In an agency, name one task owner and one approver. Agree what they check: facts, tone, privacy, rights, platform suitability and whether the draft actually answers the brief. An AI draft is not approval to publish or contact anyone.
4. Use a repeatable brief
Record the audience, purpose, channel, available time, boundaries and desired format. Ask the tool to mark assumptions and missing information. Keep the brief with the output so another reviewer can understand how the draft was produced. Use the example below as a starting point.
5. Count review and revision time
First record how long a comparable task normally takes. For the AI-assisted attempt, include briefing, generation, checking, corrections and any rework. Compare outputs of similar quality and scope. A faster first draft alone does not establish a time saving. These are suggested measurements, not claimed ZenSuite client results.
6. Keep, adjust or stop the experiment
After a small set of comparable tasks, review the total time, errors and usefulness. Keep the workflow only if the final result meets your standard. If it introduces more checking than it removes, simplify the task or stop using AI for that step. Do not extrapolate a small exercise into a guaranteed productivity or income claim.
Example brief: a public content plan
This is a planning exercise, not a tested performance claim. Replace the inputs with your own professional requirements.
Draft three non-explicit public-post outlines for an adult creator’s business. Goal: explain a useful idea clearly. Available production time: 90 minutes this week. For each outline, return the reader question, opening line, three main points, materials needed and an estimated preparation time. Do not invent facts, testimonials, earnings or results. Flag assumptions and anything requiring a human check. Return drafts only; do not publish or send messages.
Review the suggestions, check the applicable channel rules and choose only work you can actually deliver. The 90-minute budget is an illustrative constraint, not a promise that the work will fit.
A worksheet for one week
Use one row per task. In a team, add the person responsible for approving the result; independently, put your own name or working alias.
| Record | What belongs here |
|---|---|
| Task and owner | Specific output, person responsible and deadline |
| Permitted inputs | Brief, aggregate figures or fictional example |
| Usual method | Comparable completion time and quality standard |
| AI-assisted total | Briefing + generation + review + corrections |
| Approval | Reviewer, errors found and final decision |
| Next step | Keep, change or stop; explain why |
Keep financial scenarios separate from observed business results. If you use the revenue calculator, its inputs are assumptions and its equal-revenue commission comparison is not a forecast of profit.
