Applications and purposes

We collect your name or pseudonym, email, whether you have an OnlyFans profile, professional goals, language, confirmation that you are an adult and the version of the notice you read, with the date and request identifier. These are used to assess your application, arrange the free first consultation and respond: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are necessary to submit an application; you can browse and use the calculator without completing them. The privacy checkbox confirms that you have read the notice; it is not marketing consent. The form is for people aged 18 or over. We do not request sensitive data, documents, login credentials or intimate material.

Recipients and retention

The data controller and people authorised to assess applications can access the data, as can the necessary technical providers: Netsons S.r.l. for hosting and sending email, and Google Workspace for the recipient mailbox and its supporting providers. Applications are saved in a private archive and notified by email to bnb@lawrencesarpong.net. They are not published, sold or used for advertising campaigns. Authorities may receive them where required by law.

How long we retain data

The copy in the site’s archive is automatically deleted after 179 days, with maintenance running hourly. Email copies must be deleted by the data controller when no longer needed and, for applications that do not lead to further action, within 6 months. If an advisory relationship begins, the data necessary for that relationship are handled separately for its duration and applicable legal obligations. Anti-abuse identifiers are deleted within 24 hours after the last request. Technical hosting logs and backups follow the Netsons service’s retention periods and settings; after a restore, deletions must be reapplied.

Providers and international transfers

Hosting is provided by Netsons in Italy. We use Google Workspace for email: processing by Google and its subprocessors may also take place outside the European Economic Area. Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes the processing terms and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can ask the data controller for an up-to-date list of providers and information about, or a copy of, the safeguards applicable to the service (Articles 44–49 GDPR).

Browsing and security

When you browse, the server receives technical data such as your IP address, request, date and browser information to deliver and protect the pages (legitimate interest in security, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The anti-abuse system uses an HMAC identifier derived from the IP address, without storing the plain-text IP in the application record. We use HTTPS, server-side checks and an archive outside the public folder. There are no advertising pixels, external analytics, embedded videos or fonts loaded from third parties. The language cookie is described in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the data controller’s email listed above: we normally respond within one month; any justified extensions are communicated within the GDPR time limits. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the competent authority in your country. People carry out the selection, without automated decisions or profiling. We do not request marketing consent through this form.

Calculator

Revenue Calculator data are processed in your browser: they are neither sent to the server nor saved by the site. Selecting a currency, including the Russian rouble (RUB), changes the unit used in the simulation; it does not perform currency conversion.
